The Fuller Center for Housing is a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating poverty housing worldwide. The co-founder of the organization, Millard Fuller, is a founder of Habitat for Humanity. The local affiliate in Central Indiana was founded in 2009. Mike Koyak led the effort to develop a Strategic Plan for the Central Indiana affiliate. The Strategic Plan was adopted by the Board of Directors and is currently in the implementation phase.
The Strategic Plan for the Central Indiana affiliate was reviewed by the national office in Americus, Georgia. The President and co-founder of the Fuller Center for Housing, David Snell, recommended that the Strategic Plan be distributed to all of their affiliates nationwide to use as a model for developing the affiliate-specific plan.
